Currently circulation of two part questionnaire has primary view of collecting data on the breeding conditions during the 2015 field season. However, the database is being continually updated, and high value is assigned also to the forms from previous years including from expeditions that may already have published material elsewhere. New localities will be added to the map of bird breeding success in 2009 on a regular basis, normally within a two-week period after receiving contribution.

Operative publication of contributions to the web will be made in the language of submission! Translation into second language will be arranged as far as possible.

The form is distributed in two sections, the first of which aims to summarize general information on environmental conditions and locations where field studies have been undertaken. The second part (optional) is produced in different versions for different parts of the Arctic, and enables more detailed information on the presence and breeding success of individual species. The files in Word format are zip-packed for downloading, and can be extracted with WinZip or similar archive utility. PDF files can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, but cannot be edited, so if you plan to return forms by e-mail use Word format.

Please note that information in the bird species database will be entered exclusively from submitted questionnaires, Part 2. This is explained by serious problems encountered by the project coordinators when attempting to interpret in terms of abundance and breeding status information available in free form in Part 1 and elsewhere.
